Netflix bags Chiranjeevi’s two films
Telugu Cinema News: The Tollywood Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming movie is doing good business. His movies are providing impressive revenues to the producers and even before the release of the movie Godfather which will be scheduled to release on 5th October and was bagged by Netflix for a big amount.
The latest thing is that Mythri Movie makers have already closed another deal with Netflix. The production house is producing a movie with Chiranjeevi in the direction of Bobby. As of now, the title under consideration is Waltair Veerayya. Netflix bagged the movie rights for 50 crores, according to the reports.
Waltair Veerayya has Ravi Tej in a key role. The movie has Shruthi Haasan as the female lead. The movie will be dubbed into other languages as well. Godfather has the stellar cast of Salman Khan as a guest role, Nayanthara, and Satyadev. So now Chiranjee’s movies are making big money from OTT deals.
Well, at the pre-release event of the movie The Ghost, Nagarjuna tells openly about the competition Chiranjeevi’s Godfather faced at the box office. The Ghost and Chiranjeevi’s Godfather both come out on 5th October. In the statement at the pre-release event, Nagarjuna said, that he is hoping for both movies to be huge box office hits.
